Caution given to all legal entities and organizations going in for
trying out software products owned by Cybozu, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as "Cybozu") (the software products hereinafter referred
to as "these Software Products") (all these legal entities and
organizations are hereinafter referred to as "Customer".):

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the
parties hereto with respect to trial software license agreement and
may be changed only in writing and signed and sealed by the parties.
In addition, conditions indicated in the order sheet provided by a

having no effect on its contents.
